Urban Threads rock my world

So I've been using a lot of Urban Threads patterns lately & I have fallen in love with their designs! I've done a few other embroideries (here, here, & here) with their stuff & they were big hits (they're patterns are so fucking adorable!) & decided to do a few more. I made a couple of patches that I really like! I plan on selling them on Etsy for the cheap cheap but I plan on making a few more things before I list them. Do you guys think they would even sell? I know my taste can sometimes be quite different from other people's but I dunno...

And then I embroidered this cute little hardcore bunny. Upon the advice of Ruby, I think she'll go on a baby onesie. Kind of a shitty picture, but you get the idea...

Isn't she ADORABLE?!

I have several patterns that are just waiting to be stitched up & soon I'll actually have plenty of free time! Wanna know why? I quit my current job and I'll be graduating in a few days! Twelve days to be exact, but hey, who's counting? I'll get a nice little vacation (much needed) before I start my new job. I'll be glad to start a new chapter...it feels like my life has been put on hold for over a year now so I'm totally stoked that it will all be over with soon, I'll have a job I love, working with people I get along with & have something in common with. And I'll have a social life again! Yay!

I like the patches... but what do you do with patches? I would make them into brooches if anything...

Oh I love the anchor and I already commented on the bunny on Flickr- he'll be cool on a onesie!
I like Brooks idea about brooches I'd definitely wear the anchor one!

I live in v-neck t's, so I'm not a good person to ask about patches or brooches ;-) but if they have a little heft to them, I'd use one on a keychain. Hmmmm, as patches, they could be sew onto a wristlet I bet (I don't do purses, but I love wristlets).

They are all great, by the way, and the hardcore bunny is TOTALLY adorable!!

Thanks for the link to urban thread's site -- I skimmed thru some of their patterns last night and will absolutely be ordering some. I just signed up for the Set of Tea Towels - Round 2 swap on Craftster, so that'd be a mighty good place to make use of some new designs.

Thanks for the feedback guys! I thought with patches you could put them on a bag, or a skirt, or a cardigan...pretty much anything I guess. I guess it's basically the same as a brooch though? And Glenda, a keychain is a great idea too! Yeah, I really love their patterns, I think I may even like them a little better than Sublime Stitching (shhhh!) :D

Congrats on your impending graduation! Only 12 days, woo hoo!

I love that little bunny. It reminds me so much of my younger brother. Very nice stitching. :)
